Overloaded organizations- do you work in one ?

Hi, yesterday I listened to a very nice presentation from MIT Sloan School of Management and there they had a conference about sustainability and strategy etc. I recommend you to listen to Professor R. Henderson who is talking about overloaded organizations....does it sound familiar to you. You have 10 projects running at the same time and not enough time to finish anyone of them properly ? You are just firefighting .....If you feel like this, pls listen to this presentation from MIT and Think....

My first message

This is my first message to this blog. I do not have the faintest idea how to construct my learning house but I will try.

I am interested in many different things : learning in general and especially learning styles, NLP, behavioral issues in management accounting, trust, networking, working in teams, motivation, strategy, appreciative inquiry, contingency theory, social media, learning in networks, community politics, theatre, classical as well as rock music, playing accordeon, positive psychology, ennegrams, personality theories, development work, change management , future research , forecasting etc. So I will try to put interesting things related to these issues on my blog.
